Ragoût de veau aux olives | Barre de sauce Méditerranéenne

Veal & Olive Stew | Mediterranean Bar to Cook


Ingredients (in order)

- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 500g of veal, cubed
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Half of an onion, diced
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 1 1⁄2 cup water
- MEDITERRANEAN Bar to Cook
- 1 cup of olives

Preparation

1. Cook your veal in the olive oil
2. Add salt & pepper unto the meat
3. Add the onion & tomato
4. Melt your MEDITERRANEAN Bar to Cook in water
5. Add the olives
6. Cover for 20 minutes *
7. Serve & enjoy ! ;)

* The longer you cook it, the more tender your meat is going to be.
