5. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

We have therefore made the decision to ship only twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. However, we reserve the right to modify for logistical reasons and according to the number of orders on the day of dispatch of the orders. All orders placed before Sunday 11:59 p.m. will be processed and picked up by the various carriers on Monday and those placed before Wednesday 11:59 p.m. on Thursday. All orders placed after this time will be delivered the following week. This concerns all deliveries. On-site withdrawals are retained.
Once the order has been completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed by our team. Once the package has been received by the carrier, the delivery time is 2 to 5 days.
Packages are shipped via different delivery partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please click on it to be redirected to the service provider's website to track your package.
Free shipping over $65 is available for Quebec and Ontario only.

Orders placed on the Bar to Cook site must be effective by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards directly on the Bar to Cook website.

7. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
