3. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Once the transaction is completed, it is not possible to cancel your order.
No refunds will be made.
It is however possible to modify your order by adding articles or by exchanging certain articles, provided that the amount is the same and that the article is available. For any changes to your order, contact us at contact@foodie-family.com and we will deal with your request on a case-by-case basis.
In some cases, a refund is possible but you will be charged a 5% transaction fee.

The best thing to do is to check your order carefully before making payment. In case of refund, 5% is deducted from the total amount of your purchase.
