Curry de tofu & légumes | Barre de sauce Indienne

Tofu & Veggie Curry | Indian Bar to Cook

Ingredients (in order)

- 3 tsbp of sesame oil
- 454g (1lb) of tofu
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Half an onion
- 1 carrot
- Half a brocoli
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- INDIAN Bar to Cook
- 1 1⁄2 cup of water
- 1⁄2 cup of coconut milk
- Sesame seed (to garnish)

Preparation

1. In a sauce pan, brown your tofu in sesame oil
2. Add salt & pepper to taste
3. Reserve the tofu
4. In the same saucepan, add all your veggies
5. Melt the INDIAN Bar to Cook in the water
6. Cover for 10 minutes
7. Add the tofu back & the coconut milk
8. Cover for an additional 10 minutes
9. Serve with sesame seed over some basmati rice (or alone) & Enjoy ! ;)
