Soupe de chorizo & patate | Barre de sauce Espagnole

Chorizo & Potato Soup | Spanish Bar to Cook

Ingredients (in order)

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Half of a onion
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- SPANISH Bar to Cook
- 4 cups of water
- 2 cup of potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 chorizo, sliced
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
- Pinch of salt & pepper

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, cook your onion in the olive oil.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, salt & pepper
3. Add and melt your SPANISH Bar to Cook.
4. Add 4 cups of water.
5. Add the potatoes, chorizo & chickpeas
6. Cover for 20 minutes.
7. Serve & enjoy ! :)
