Chili con carne | Tex-Mex Bar to Cook


Ingredients (in order)

- 2 tbsp od olive oil
- 3/4 lbs of ground beef (or any ground meat)
- Half of an onion
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Mix of red, orange and yellow red bell pepper
- TEX MEX Bar to Cook
- 1/2 can of black beans
- One spoonful of sour cream
- Cilantro (if you like)

Preparation:

1- In a large pan, cook the onion and the ground beef in the olive oil
2- Add the can of diced tomatoes and the mix bell peppers
3- Add the TEX MEX Bar to Cook (the liquid in the tomato can is enough to create a delicious sauce with the bar)
4- Add the black beans
5- Cover and cook for 20 minutes
6- Serve with sour cream and cilantro
7- Enjoy !
